Information Summer 2008
Classes
begin the week of July 7th
Families
enrolled in the Spring Session:
Priority Registration is now open and will run through
June 1. To review class descriptions click on the PROGRAMS
tab above. To view the Summer Schedule or to Register using
our online system, click on the SCHEDULE tab above. If
you do not have a password to gain access to the online registration
system, just send us an email and we will forward a password
to you with instructions. Please note that there are fewer offerings
in the summer and you might not see your current class day,
time and location on the schedule. Let us know if you need assistance
deciding on a class.
New
families and families previously enrolled at ArtsCetera:
We encourage you to review class descriptions
and the schedule
to select classes you are interested in for the Summer Session.
Just email us with your preferences and we will place you
on a list and contact you the week of June 2 to complete your
registration.
Summer
2008 Tuition Fees
Arfie's
Music Adventures and Music for Aardvarks and other Mammals
5-week
summer session is $115; sibling $75
Infants
9 months and under attend free when accompanying a registered
older sibling in a mixed-age music class!
Art
Playgroup and Arfie's Art & Play
4-week Art Playgroup summer session is $100; Sibling
fee $60; Fees include materials.
5-Week
Arfie's Art & Play summer session is $125; Sibling
$75; feeFees include materials.
Register
for any two ArtsCetera Music or Art classes, take $15
off your fee!
Un-Camp
Music & Art
There
are three sessions a week for five weeks. Choose as many sessions
as you like.
$50 per 2 1/2
hour session; $45 per session when enrolling in 6 or
more.
Minimum
of three sessions. Fees include materials and snacks.
Un-Camp
Registration offers maximum flexibility. There are Un-Camp
sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays for five weeks.
You can sign up any number of sessions on days of your choosing.
Some people might like to enroll for just 1 week (three sessions),
others might prefer to sign up for all Mondays (five sessions)
or perhaps all 15 sessions. Still others might want to
mix and match, say take a couple of Mondays plus a couple of
Thursdays. You
will not see the discount rate ($45) when you register, but
it will be included on your invoice.

Registration,
Payment and Refund Policies
Payments
are due before the first day of class. Your
registration will be confirmed when payment is received. New
families are welcome to attend one complementary class by prior
arrangement with the office.

Placement
in class is subject to availability . Summer classes
are filled on a first come, first served basis, with current
families given a priority registration period for their classes..
Families
are permitted two make-up classes during the semester. If illness
or other extenuating circumstances cause you to miss more than
two weeks, additional make-ups may be arranged.
Tuition
is refundable only before the first day of class .
Once classes begin, a tuition credit
for unattended classes (up to 3 classes) will be issued,
less registration fee and cost of materials if they are taken.
Music class materials may not be returned once
they are taken. Payment by check or cash; we don't accept credit
cards at this time. Returned check fee: $25.
